Kun and Ryo are YoSD versions of their SD counterparts, released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary year of Super Dollfie. They are the second set of such YoSD versions of standard SDs; the first set were Kira, Sara, Nana and Megu.
Kun and Ryo came with an order form that allowed owners to purchase extra limited edition YoSD hands, in four additional poses. These hands were only available to those who purchased these YoSD (or the previously released Kira, Sara, Nana and Megu) but multiple sets of hands could be ordered by each single owner.
