Yuki is the same headmold as Yuki White Snow Version - the only difference is the skintone.
Yuki was Volks' first YoTenshi and was first released for their Autumn Fair event at Tenshi no Sato in November, 2004. Rather than being available to take home, it was available for pre-order and all who attended the event could pre-order it.
Since then, Volks have made Yuki available at 4 subsequent events. Yuki is usually available for pre-order rather than immediate sale, except at the Tenshi Advent event, where a certain number were available for immediate sale, as well as pre-orders being taken.
The Hometown Dolpa Kyoto 4 version of Yuki came with 'sakura' coloured wings, which were a pale pink, rather than the usual white.
The Tenshi Advent 2007 version of Yuki was in Pureskin UV Protect resin, rather than just normal Pureskin.
YoTenshi have a special 'Schpitt' function, which is two magnets on the inside of the back that allow their resin wings to be attached and removed with ease. Each of the YoTenshi released by Volks so far has come with a different style of wings -- you can find a comparison pic of some of the wing types here.
The YoTenshi body looks basically like the YoSD boy body, except that instead of having any genitals, the area between the legs is completely blank.
