Notes:
Reisner the Scarface was a limited release only available to those who attend the Volks Tokyo Bay Cruise 2008. Attendance to the Cruise was decided on by lottery entry; each lottery entry allowed two people to attend, and allowed one Reisner the Scarface to be bought.
The Cruise was held on July 19th, where a display model of Reisner the Scarface was veiwable, but he was not delivered until August.
Those who purchased Reisner the Scarface also had the option of purchasing Captain Cecile's Flare of the Midnight Sun dress set (SD13 boy size) for 15,000yen, and the special 'Captain Cecile Blind Eye' (a single Zoukeimura glass eye with blind pupil) for 5,000yen.
Unlike Cecile the Scarface Ocean of Deep Black, whose sword and sword hands were optional extras that cost more money, Reisner the Scarface came with his sword and an extra 'sword' right hand as a part of his default set.
Reisner the Scarface is a part of the 'Oath of the Silver Coin' story arc, along with Captain Cecile/Cecile the Scarface, Williams, Lady Sylvie and Cyndy. Reisner is his alter ego version in this story.
