"The eldest son of the Konoe family makes his Dolpa debut"
The entrance of the 2nd protagonist of the Tale of Tokyo Boys. He's a modern boy who lives in the streets around central Tokyo. As a child, Tsukasa was raised in America, but he has returned to Japan. Now he attends the same junior high school as Shirou Tachibana. Shirou and Tsukasa are always together, anywhere and anytime, as if the two of them were just one boy. When Shirou calls him "Tsukapyonn", Tsukasa just goes quiet and smiles. With Tsukasa Konoe's entrance, the new series "Tale of Tokyo Boys ~The Songs of Boys~" becomes clear! The details of the series will be published in the Dolpa 10 Guidebook.

Tsukasa came with unique hands which were unavailable in any other way at the time. The left hand style was later released as optional hands H-03, but the right hand style remains unique to Tsukasa.
Tsukasa is a part of the 'Tokyo Boys Story' story arc, along with Shirou, Isao, Yukinojo, Jun, Olivia, Ryoya and Ami.
Those who bought Tsukasa had the option of sending in to also buy his backpack for 2,100yen. It came with a special comic that tells a story about it. All the Tokyo Boys Story LEs have had a special item and comic except for Shirou and Olivia.
