Show's name has been romanised in a variety of ways, including 'Syo' and 'Shou'. 'Show' is the official Volks spelling of his name, while 'Syo' is most common in usage amongst Western fans, and 'Shou' is a more accurate representation of the pronunciation.
Show Sweet Dream (along with Kira Sweet Dream) was the first Sweet Dream doll where the face was substantially different from the original. Usually Sweet Dream dolls are largely the same aside from the mostly-closed eyes, but Show Sweet Dream' lips and thus his expression are quite different from normal Show.
