Shirou is a part of the 'Tokyo Boys Story' story arc, along with Tsukasa, Isao, Yukinojo, Jun, Olivia, Ryoya and Ami.
Shirou After School Version was a limited release (along with Liz Spring Stroll Version) that was available only to those who bought the 'Another Yourself' Photobook and sent in the enclosed application form. The lottery closed on August 31st, 2006 and Shirou After School Version was delivered to his owners in late October.
Due to the number of entrants who defaulted on their lottery wins, Volks held a second lottery for 'Another Yourself' in November of 2006. They favoured entrants who had lost in the first lottery over new entrants.
