Captain Cecile has the same headmold as Cecile. Cecile the Scarface is similar except for his scarred eye.
The Cecile headmold is similar in style to old FCS F-29 and new FCS F-17. Many who crave Cecile but cannot obtain him opt to get FCS old F-29/new F-17 instead.
Captain Cecile was the first pureskin SD13 boy to come with the new, improved knees. He in fact came with quite unique knees which were somewhat indented. Since his release, the knee design was further refined and he is now the only release to have these knees.
Captain Cecile is a part of the 'Oath of the Silver Coin' story arc, along with Lady Sylvie, Cyndy, Williams and Reisner/Reisner the Scarface. Cecile the Scarface is his alter ego version in this story.
