Lady Sylvie's headmold is the same as the Dolpa 7 Limited Edition Premium head (which was previously only available for sale at Dolpa 7) except that the Dolpa 7 head had slightly pointed ears, while Sylie has normal rounded ears.
Lady Sylvie is a part of the 'Oath of the Silver Coin' story arc, along with Captain Cecile/Cecile the Scarface, Cyndy, Williams and Reisner/Reisner the Scarface.
Lady Sylvie came with the first version of the pureskin body, which had some issues with standing and had less realistic knees. This body was later upgraded to a newer version and this version is now fairly rare in comparison.
