Kira Sweet Dream (along with Syo Sweet Dream) was the first Sweet Dream doll where the face was substantially different from the original. Usually Sweet Dream dolls are largely the same aside from the mostly-closed eyes, but Kira Sweet Dream' lips and thus her expression are quite different from normal Kira.
