Kira Sweet Dreams (along with Syo Sweet Dreams) was the first Sweet Dreams doll where the face was substantially different from the original. Usually Sweet Dreams dolls are largely the same aside from the mostly-closed eyes, but Kira Sweet Dreams' lips and thus her expression are quite different from normal Kira.
