Anais Version 2 is the same headmold as Anais and Tae.
Anais Version 2 was the first SD girl released with the new, upgraded version of the pureskin body. This body has better stability and more realistic looking knees, and is usually called the 'real knees' pureskin body to differentiate from the original.
According to Japanese fansites that state having got the information from Volks, Anais, Heath and Elsie are a part of the same storyline. Anais is said to be Elsie's older sister, while Heath is their cousin.
