Toppi was made available to purchase only for those who took part in Volks' 'SD Owners Thanksgiving Tour'. This 2 day tour was an event held at Huis Ten Bosch in Kyushu, Japan. A maximum of 400 people were allowed to attend.
A display model of Toppi was seen on the day, but event attendees did not receive their own Toppis until March.
