Enn was made available only to people who subscribed to the Kyoto Sky Network TV Channel and applied via Hobby Network, a program which regularly runs a show about Super Dollfies. Volks first announced Enn in May, 2004. Any subscriber was allowed to apply for Enn and all applications were filled. Enn began to arrive in owner homes in late August/early September; his headplate dates him at August, 2004.
